Advanced-Fabrication and CoffeeShopExperts.com wants every customer to have an enjoyable purchasing experience. Advanced Fabrication and CoffeeShopExperts.com specializes in internet sales of commercial equipment, home brewing equipment, accessories and roasted coffee. Because of the variety and size of products offered on our web site our warehouse is limited and therefore a 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, except product(coffee, powders, sauces etc), which is perishable and cannot be restocked. Sales on merchandise, consulting, and product are final.

Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about your purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase it is our goal to assist you in a professional matter as soon as possible and handle the situation according to our terms and conditions.

Changing Your Order

In order to make any modifications to your order you must call us at (866)512-6747 as soon as possible. In most cases we will not be able to make changes if you contact us any later than 4 hours after purchasing any products, or services on our site. Any informational product or service that is immediately sent to you or your e-mail address is non-exchangeable, non-refundable. If you have questions on this or any other policy call us at (866)512-6747 before your purchase. Customers have the availability to choose different shipping methods while placing the order. If you use a post office box as your shipping address, it could result in a lost or returned shipment. Advanced-Fabrication coffees are perishable products and cannot be re-stocked or re-sold. Customers must return a unused/undamaged shipment within 21 days of receipt in order to receive credit with a 30% restocking fee. Customers may only return one shipment for credit. Credit will be applied to the credit card used for the original transaction and can take up to 4-6 weeks after proof of return/refusal for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Multiple shipments that include refusals and returns will not be credited. In order to assure credit for a shipment returned, customer must retain their return shipping receipt and produce the receipt if requested. Refused or returned shipments will not automatically be credited to your account, nor does refusing or returning a shipment automatically cancel your account.

To cancel your account, simply call customer service at (866)512-6747, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday. You will receive a cancellation number and must keep that number for verification of the cancellation date. All requests for credit on returned, refused, damaged merchandise or merchandise that was claimed to be never received must be made within 21 days of the date the original charge appeared on your credit card statement. After 21 days all sales are considered final and no credits will be issued.

Free Gifts and Business Information

We offer Advanced-Fabrication members free business related information to show our appreciation for their patronage. The information provided is to assist the individual. Advanced-Fabrication reserves the right to substitute a free gift of equal or greater value and Advanced Fabrication, Coffee Shop Experts has the right to ship with the lowest cost carrier for Free or Promotional items.

Shipping Terms

We ship to most commercial and home addresses in the United States

Shipping Method:
We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier (using a comparable service) than what was selected at checkout. Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider and we are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer's personal shipping account.

Tracking Information:
We will post tracking numbers to your order at the time of shipment or as soon as they are available.

Refused Delivery:
If you elect to refuse the delivery of the items you ordered from Coffee Shop Experts or return items without requesting a authorization, a 30% restocking fee plus original shipping charges will be billed to the card on file.

Free Shipping Terms-

Free shipping is available on most commercial equipment orders to any address in the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/military addresses or on any international orders. We will use the lowest cost means for free shipping. You may select from faster shipping methods during checkout. Orders placed with free shipping are processed between 24 - 48 hours after order placement.

Paid Shipping Terms

Orders place with our express shipping will be processed within 24 hours. Please take into account holidays and weekends, as shipping days are normal business days.

Commercial Equipment
The customer is responsible for additional freight charges on commercial equipment requiring a lift gate or additional services.

Damaged, Missing, Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise Policy

Please report damaged, missing, defective or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 3 business days of delivery.

Damaged Merchandise
Items are carefully packaged to protect against damage during shipping. Please carefully inspect your package when it arrives for any shipping damage. If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claims process.

Missing Merchandise
Please note that we often ship orders in multiple packages. However, if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.

Defective or Malfunctioning New Merchandise
If any item is not working properly or if a consumable item was received expired, please contact us immediately so that we can send a replacement.

No Tax!

No tax is charged for orders shipped within the US and to an address outside of California State.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

Coffee Shop Experts will not replace orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier so that you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address information. Coffee Shop Experts is not responsible for shipping a replacement order for non-delivery due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer. Coffee Shop Experts cannot ship to post office boxes. If you use a post office box as your shipping address, it could result in a lost or returned shipment. Coffee Shop Experts is not responsible for loss or returns due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer. Customer may contact Customer Service to report a lost or stolen order.

ADDRESS CHANGES:
Please be aware that we will ship to the exact address given. If any of this information is incorrect we cannot ensure correct receipt of your parcel. Address corrections or changes will be attempted upon request (additional fees will occur). It is very important that this information is verified by you prior to submission into our system. Returns due to invalid, incorrect, or failed delivery addresses will be considered as returned and incur a 30% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping charges.

Program Restrictions and Limitations

All products are subject to availability. Some large orders such as pallets of product could be subject to delay based upon availability and importing time frames. In any case if there is a delay you will be contacted immediately and we will do our best to provide you with a new possible shipping date. The buyer's remedy against Coffee Shop Experts and Advanced Fabrication for the breach of any obligation arising out of the sale of this equipment, whether derived from warranty or otherwise, shall be limited to repair or at Coffee Shop Experts discretion an option, replacement or refund. In no event shall Advanced-Fabrication or Coffee Shop Experts be liable for other damage or loss, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of Buyer's customers, cost of capital, cost of down time, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, or other special, incidental or consequential damages.
